Upon these emotional strings I dance, I move with the vibrations. Pain is my companion, poetry is my shadow, life is my rope. This is my expression: my tapestry of poetic threads, woven together by my broken heart, tears, anxiety and fears. In darkness I am like a candle burning in the window, my smoke lingers upon these pages. I am like a poetic dragon, instead of fire I breathe poetry. Blood is my ink, I grow feathers in my imagination and pleck them for a quill. My tongue is sharp and ready to shape the quill. Bloody Quill’s is an art form, poet’s learn quickly. From the struggles we rise like flowers we bloom. As perfumed poetry feels the room. Words are like a long lost lover, they kiss your mind and cradle your heart with poetic heartbeats and a lovers song. Being brave is easy when you have a poem to catch you. Line by line the bed is designed like a soft pillow ready to catch you before you fall.

The cobwebs settled year’s ago, the dust gathered on the table, the placements are falling apart. After decades of fringe and grungy textures and dried ink smeared on the walls, poetry grows through the centuries. My poetic heart is choking on the ashes left behind. My violin strings are fragile and ready to break. My love song flew away on the wings of a Lark looking for it’s heart. This is my Vantage heart wrapped in decay.

I've fallen so far, lost myself on the way down. I flew for a moment before crashing colliding with my broken heart. My pieces shattered so easily, I couldn't find the strength to put them back together again. I stayed on the ground for awhile, the mud and salt steeped into my lungs, choking my breath until nothing was left. Nothing but tears.
